Cancellation policy
If you are unable to make your session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can make arrangements for another client to book your slot.  Sessions cancelled or rescheduled without the benefit of 24 hour notice will incur a 50% charge for the session cancelled.  No shows will be charged 100% of the cost of session booked.
