Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make your session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can make arrangements for another client on our waiting list to book your slot. No shows, cancellations or rescheduled sessions without the benefit of 24 hour notice will be charged the cost of session or workshop booked.
Late arrivals for a session or workshop after 15 minutes is considered a no-show. Payments made toward a workshop are non-refundable but can be used towards another workshop or session.
We will make every effort to reschedule a session but cannot guarantee availability on short notice.
Cancellations that require a refund are subject to a $7 processing fee.
