Fill out this form and someone from our team will contact you about your coaching options and how to book sessions online with our team. 
If your situation requires special consideration given time constraints or other circumstances, or you would like to request additional services (talent consultation, optionals etc.) we are happy to work with you to adjust our services.  ​

WORKSHOPS - ONLINE AND IN PERSON
A few times a year, PageantPrep hosts group workshops that cover a variety of competition areas including interview, onstage presence, walking, posing, turning, microphone use for introduction and on stage questions, makeup application and wardrobe consultation.  

Class size is limited in order to ensure individualized attention and effective coaching. Because our classes are fast-paced, interactive and intensive, the minimum recommended age for classes is 15 years old.  Advanced registration and payment is required to hold your spot.

Workshops are held at either the PageantPrep studio located in Warwick, Rhode Island or our North Attleboro, Massachusetts studio.

Onstage 60 minute Session with Abby | $75.00
Shine on stage with walking and posing lessons with Abby.  Former Miss Rhode Island America and Miss Rhode Island Collegiate America, Abby Mansolillo will teach you how to walk and pose to win your next pageant.  Available online or in person at our Warwick, RI studio.

Onstage 2 hour SPEED Session with Abby | $200.00 
Is your pageant right around the corner and you need a crash course on how to slay on stage?  Book a 2 hour speed session and learn everything in a concentrated two hour format.  Available online or in person at our Warwick RI studio.
Onstage 60 minute Session with Kelsey | $125.00
Want to learn how to walk and pose on stage in your swimsuit and evening gown with total confidence?  Want expert advice on which poses work best for your particular body and your gown style? Former Miss Rhode Island USA and Miss USA competitor Kelsey Swanson will provide you with expert guidance and instruction on how to develop your signature walk and poses to win your next pageant.  Available online or in person in East Greenwich, RI.

Onstage 2 hour SPEED Session with Kelsey | $300.00

Private Onstage Presence Coaching with Amy  |  $200.00/90 minutes
A 2 hour private session with our Senior Associate, multiple titleholder, and pageant expert Amy Diaz Case that covers all aspects of perfecting your onstage performance including walking, turning, posing, eye contact, posture, presence and poise as well as choreography of fashion, fitness and modeling routines.  ​These sessions are conducted at our Massachusetts studio only.  ​Limited availability.  Contact us for details. 
INTERVIEW COACHING

ONLINE & IN PERSON

Participation in our Queen's Course is required to book private interview coaching with one of our instructors. This is to ensure that you have learned and are familiar with our techniques and are at the level we expect of all our clients before we proceed with private coaching.

60 Minute Interview Coaching Session with Caitlin |  $125.00 
One on one private interview coaching with Caitlin, a ten-time titleholder and former PageantPrep client herself.  Caitlin will assist you with the Queen's Course to help you develop your unique brand, showcase your best self, and conduct mock interview practice with you.

Sessions can also include microphone practice for onstage question, review of your contestant bio and platform statement (where applicable) and advice on your pageant wardrobe.  Available online only.  Queen's Course is required.
60 Minute Mock Interview with Caitlin |  $175  ($125 with Queen's Course)
A one time mock interview session with Caitlin so you know what to expect at your next pageant interview.  After completing interviews in an untimed and/or timed setting, Caitlin will provide you with expert feedback on your answers and delivery.  Queen's Course is optional. 
2 hour SPEED SESSION for Interview with Caitlin|  $300.00 
No time left before your pageant but you want one session to feel more confident about interview?  This one time two hour super-charged interview session with Caitlin is perfect for when you need that extra edge and boost of confidence before you compete.  Queen's Course is required. 
60 Minute Interview Session with Elena  |  $150.00
One on one private interview coaching with our online interview expert Elena to supplement our Queen's Course so that you have guidance every step of the way.  Includes review and feedback of your PageantPrep chart and pyramid, and mock interview practice (both untimed and then timed), coaching for your final onstage questions, review of your contestant bio and platform statement (where applicable) and your pageant wardrobe and appearance.   Queen's Course is required.
2 hour SPEED SESSION for Interview with Elena |  $350.00 
Is your pageant right around the corner and you want one session to feel super confident about interview?  This amazing two hour super-charged interview session with pageant expert Elena is perfect for when your pageant is quickly approaching and there's no time left to schedule standard online sessions.  Queen's Course is required. 
50 minute Interview Session with Erika | $200.00
​For the committed contestant who would like private one on one sessions with PageantPrep founder, former attorney and professor, Erika Kruse Weller to help achieve amazing results in interview and perfect your communication skills in person and on paper. 

Private sessions with Erika will supplement and enhance our Queen's Course and will provide you with expert tips, feedback and critique so that your interview performance is flawless. 

​Includes branding, mock interview practice, coaching for your onstage questions, review and editing of your contestant bio and platform statement (where applicable) and guidance for your pageant wardrobe, talent and appearance.   Available online or in person at our Rhode Island studio.  Limited availability.  Contact us for more information.
Wardrobe Consultation  |  $75.00

Tips, advice and guidance on picking the perfect gown, swimsuit and interview outfit to reflect your personality and brand and flatter your body best.
Contestant Bio Review and Editing | $125

After submitting a draft of your bio, our team will carefully review and edit it giving you suggestions and guidance to make it perfect before submitting it to the judges.

Coming from outside New England?

1 or 2 day out of state custom package

For clients outside the New England area, if you are able to travel to our studios in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, we will make every effort to get all your coaching done in 1 or 2 days with longer and more intensive training sessions. 

Out of state packages are payable 3-4 weeks in advance so that we can reserve your spot and ensure that you get all the attention you need during your trip.  Rhode Island's T.F. Green airport (PVD) is located just 6 minutes away from our RI studio, and the Boston (BOS) airport is located 45 minutes away from our Massachusetts studio with numerous reasonable lodging choices nearby.

MASSACHUSETTS
Limited private onstage presence sessions with Amy and some workshops and classes are conducted at our Massachusetts PageantPrep studio located in North Attleboro, Massachusetts conveniently located off Route 95 at Exit 5.  
RHODE ISLAND
Private onstage and interview sessions are conducted at our Rhode Island PageantPrep studio located in Warwick, Rhode Island conveniently located off Routes 95, 295, Route 2 and Route 113.

Payment Policy:
Workshops, online and private sessions are payable in advance by credit card in order to reserve your session time(s) and workshop seat.  
​
Unused package sessions/unattended workshops are nonrefundable, but can be applied towards other services.  Contact us for details.
Cancellation Policy: 
No shows, cancellations or rescheduled sessions without the benefit of 24 hour notice will be charged the cost of session or workshop booked.  Late arrivals for a session or workshop after 15 minutes is considered a no-show. 
We will make every effort to reschedule a session but cannot guarantee availability on short notice. 
​Cancellations that require a refund are subject to a $7 processing fee.
