How the Selection Process Works

Step 1. Begin With Training
Start with one of our online programs or a workshop.  This allows us to see your work ethic, drive and commitment.

Step 2. Apply for Private Coaching
Submit the Private Coaching Application below. (Minimum age is 13 for private sessions/15 for workshops).
We review:
  • Your timeline
  • Pageant history
  • Current strengths
  • Areas for improvement
  • Level of drive, commitment and investment
  • Coach availability

Step 3. Receive a Custom Coaching Strategy
​If accepted, we will provide a personalized strategy outlining:
  • Recommended coaching format
  • When to start
  • Focus areas

When you are ready to be coached at a championship level, apply below.
Ideally, coaching should begin 8-12 weeks in advance of your pageant to allow for practice time and accommodate scheduling with our other clients who are competing at the same time in many different pageants all around the world. 

The number of private sessions that are required to get you ready depends on your current level, experience, and your commitment to winning but most clients need between 2-5 walking sessions and 3-6 interview sessions. 

​Our minimum age for coaching is 13 years old and 15 for workshops.

Coming from outside New England?

1 or 2 day out of state custom package

For clients outside the New England area, if you are able to travel to our studios in Massachusetts or Rhode Island, we will make every effort to get all your coaching done in 1 or 2 days with longer and more intensive training sessions. 

Out of state packages are payable 3-4 weeks in advance so that we can reserve your spot and ensure that you get all the attention you need during your trip. 

Rhode Island's T.F. Green airport (PVD) is located just 8 minutes away from our RI studio, and the Boston (BOS) airport is located 45 minutes away from our Massachusetts studio with numerous reasonable lodging choices nearby.

PageantPrep studio locations

MASSACHUSETTS
Limited private onstage presence sessions with Amy and some workshops are conducted at our Massachusetts studio located in North Attleboro, Massachusetts conveniently located off Route 95 at Exit 5.  
RHODE ISLAND
Private onstage sessions are conducted at our Rhode Island studio located in Cranston, Rhode Island conveniently located off Routes 95, 295, Route 2 and Route 37.
2020 Miss Rhode Island Teen USA, Sofia LeDoux won her state Teen USA title after attending one PageantPrep workshop!
2015 Miss Rhode Island Teen USA, Mary Malloy won her state Teen USA title after attending one PageantPrep workshop!
2014 Miss Massachusetts Teen USA Bailey Medeiros won her state title after coming to two classes and placed in the Top 15 at Miss Teen USA!
Payment Policy:
Workshops, online and private sessions are payable in advance by credit card in order to reserve your session time(s) and workshop seat.

Unused package sessions/unattended workshops are nonrefundable, but can be applied towards other services.  Contact us for details.
Cancellation Policy: 
No shows, cancellations or rescheduled sessions without the benefit of 24 hour notice will be charged the cost of session or workshop booked.  Late arrivals for a session or workshop after 15 minutes is considered a no-show. 
We will make every effort to reschedule a session but cannot guarantee availability on short notice. 
​Cancellations that require a refund are subject to a $7 processing fee.
