How long are the pro tip videos?
Our Pro Tip videos are about 30 minutes long, our Specialty Videos range from 25 to 45 minutes, and our Queen's Course videos range from 30 to 90 minutes. We know your time is valuable so we aim to teach you in the quickest and most efficient way possible.
What if I have problems accessing my video?
If you had a problem accessing a video or experienced technical difficulties with a video, contact our Tech Support team. Your inquiry will be reviewed and assigned to a member of our tech team and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
Is there a minimum age to watch these videos?
Yes, we recommend that you be at least 13 for most of our videos, and 15 for our current event and political video because of the content which includes how to handle sometime controversial topics during a pageant interview.
Our minimum client age to have private sessions at PageantPrep is 13 and it is 15 for our workshops. Our videos, just like our workshops are fast-paced and interactive and are not intended for children or contestants under these recommended ages.
I have to change my billing information or I have a billing question. Whom do I contact?

Do you have videos for walking and posing on stage?
We offer online walking and posing sessions and are currently in the process of designing some videos for onstage presence. If you are interested in booking an online session for onstage presence, click here. Can I coach with the PageantPrep team in person or one on one online?

So Exactly How Does this Work?
- We recommend closing all other apps, silencing your phone and watching the videos on a desktop, laptop or tablet to get the best experience, engage in the surveys, download the attachments, and the use the chat feature where available. It is also highly recommended that you take notes.
- Most of our videos have handouts and helpful downloads, so be sure to watch for those especially at the end of each video and on the portal page.
- If you have trouble with your link or password, try clearing your browser cache, or signing on in a private/incognito window and then trying again. If you have further technical or billing questions, you can contact our Tech Support Team or Billing Support Team.
