How long are the videos and online courses?
Each video has its own length which is listed under the video description. They range from approximately 15 minutes to 90 minutes depending on the subject matter.
We try our best to present you the insight and information to you in the most efficient way possible - quickly and easily - and we don't add fluff and nonsense just to draw out the length and waste your time.
We know your time is valuable so we try our best to provide you with clear, concise information in the shortest amount of time possible, just like we teach in person.
What if I miss my scheduled video session time?
Our online courses are on demand, but some of our videos show on a schedule. Scheduled videos are programmed to have a 48 hour (2 day) window where the replay room remains open but then it automatically expires. Some functions are not available in the replay room. This is automatic and cannot be changed. If you experience technical issues accessing the replay room, contact our Tech Support team.
Is there a minimum age to watch these videos?
Yes, we recommend that you be at least 13 for most of our videos, and 15 for our current event and political video because of the content which includes how to handle sometime controversial topics during a pageant interview.
Our minimum client age to have private sessions at PageantPrep is 13 and it is 15 for our workshops. Our videos, just like our workshops are fast-paced and interactive and are not intended for children or contestants under these recommended ages.
I had a tech issue with the video. Whom do I contact?

Do you have videos for walking and posing on stage?
We offer online walking and posing sessions and are currently in the process of designing some videos for onstage presence. What if I don't like the video after I paid for it?
Contact our BILLING SUPPORT TEAM (the button is located at the bottom of this page) with your request within 48 hours of your scheduled video session time or within 7 days/14 days for our online courses (see each product page). Tell us the reason why you were not satisfied, and we will refund your purchase price if we receive it within the allotted time period.

So Exactly How Does this Work?
- Some of our videos are hosted by Webinarjam/Everwebinar which is an online viewing platform. You only need an internet connection, no special app or download is necessary.
- Our videos are broadcast daily at designated times as well as instantly for replay. The next upcoming days and times (and instant replay option) are listed after you click on the webinar button below the description.
- Once you decide to RESERVE YOUR SEAT, you will be asked to select the date and time you wish to view the video, or you can watch a replay instantly. You will then be redirected to the PAYMENT PAGE to insert your payment details.
- Once you complete payment, you will be taken to a screen that contains your WEBINAR LINK AND PASSWORD. You will also receive an EMAIL CONFIRMATION which will contain the link to the webinar room, and the password to enter at the scheduled time. If you are watching the replay instantly you will immediately be directed to the webinar room. Press PLAY to start the video.
- If you selected a day/time in the future, be sure to SET AN ALARM in your calendar to attend the webinar. Click on the link in your confirmation email and enter your password. You will be automatically redirected from the waiting room to the webinar room, but you MUST PRESS PLAY as soon as you enter so you can watch the video.
- We recommend closing all other apps, silencing your phone and watching the webinar on a desktop, laptop or tablet to get the best experience, engage in the surveys, download the attachments, and the use the chat feature where available. It is also highly recommended that you take notes.
- Most of our webinar videos have handouts and helpful downloads, so be sure to watch for those especially at the end of each webinar. They will show in the chat window.
- If you miss your scheduled webinar video, the replay may be available for a limited time (up to 48 hours) and then access is discontinued. This is automatic and there are no exceptions.
- If you have trouble with your link or password, try clearing your browser cache, or signing on in a private/incognito window and then trying again. If you have further technical or billing questions, you can contact our Tech Support Team or Billing Support Team.
