did Ms. Erika help me prepare for nationals but she instilled in me a new
level of confidence. I left for nationals more confident than I'd ever been
in my life. I have been very blessed to have her as a part of my life. I
have used the tools she's given me to also excel within my career and
academics. My new confidence level enabled me to graduate in the top 10% of
my MBA program. I was then awarded a full-academic scholarship from the Miss
Black USA Scholarship and had the confidence to apply and gain acceptance
into a Ph.D. program. Ms. Erika is more than a coach, she is a mentor, a
role model and she causes us, as young women, to want to be distinguishable
ladies. I know I am where I am today because she believed in me. She is
